Kitengela Star of the Sea medical services
is a private healthcare institution established in 2017.It was blessed and
opened by Rev.Fr. Mathias Wambua as a community based program to give back to
the society as way of thanking God for His immeasurable goodness and mercy.
Located in the outskirts of Kitengela town
in a remote locality, Kitengela Star of the Sea Medical services set a new benchmark
in other medical facilities in the county. The medical facility had a goal
driven need to bring quality health care close to the community 24 hours a day
who were otherwise underprivileged by having to walk long distances in search
of quality health care for them and their loved ones.
Established as a small medical clinic
offering outpatient services only, the hospital has since grown over the years
both in the number of patients seen daily and number of mothers who give birth
in the facility monthly.

is endowed with a team of dedicated medical personnel with a passion to spread
the merciful healing work of Jesus Christ through transforming the lives of our
patients and their loved ones positively.

current strategic plan of 2017-2022 has been developed in line with Kenya
vision 2030 for the health sector. The overall vision is to provide equitable
healthcare at the highest affordable standard to everyone with more emphasis on
preventive rather than curative care.

2030 through provision of patient centered care and engaging in research.
The hospital is keen on early detection of
chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, cancer, heart diseases,
congenital anomalies among others. The medical facility will embrace
appropriate technology to deliver this strategy.

Kitengela Star of The sea Medical Services has a general, private and paediatric ward for children . These rooms are designed to provide maximum comfort with minimal infection risk for patients. The rooms provide a conducive and friendly atmosphere for the patients to recuperate.

Our Laboratory uses appropriate and standard technology to generate reliable patient test reports on a timely basis through committed and competent staff.
We are committed to providing accessible specialized quality healthcare that is in conformity with patient-centred care. Periodic reviews on our quality policy and objectives are carried out to address healthcare dynamics.
PHARMACY

The pharmacy is committed to providing efficient services to both in-patients and out-patients, whilst ensuring that treatment is safe and appropriate. We dispense quality medicines at the best price possible. Before stocking, medicines undergo a vetting and approval process by an in-house committee, The Hospital procures all medicines and medical supplies only from registered suppliers thereby guaranteeing our patients quality medicines at all times, especially in light of the risk of counterfeit and substandard products in the industry.
